One of the first steps in the custom building process is choosing a location to build that best suits your family’s lifestyle. We have land available in the Mont Vista, Rehberg Ranch Estates, as well as The Spires (Red Lodge) Subdivisions.  Just call the office to find out what lots are available.

We’re also happy to build on land that you already own, or help you secure a lot in another neighborhood that you’re interested in. Trailhead has years of experience in land development as well and can bring utilities to most land in the Billings and Red Lodge areas.
